"Yesterday we took an outing to a small zoo above Bözingen near Biel/Bienne. Most of the animals there are native species: lynxes, snowy owls, ibexes, deer, foxes etc.. On the way we also came across a squirrel, so we paused for a few minutes to watch it bury its food reserves in the forest soil. It was interesting to get close to some animals that are at home in Switzerland."
